Please note that background music, ambience and sound effects are not currently available for every series. These production features are automatically enabled only for eligible top-performing series and are not available for other series, whether  contracted or non-contracted series.
If your series becomes eligible, Pocket FM will automatically apply the production upgrade and notify you. You do not need to contact Writer Support to request it.
