A cancelled cheque, bank statement or passbook front page is accepted. Use a document issued for your own account that clearly shows the required bank details.

• Beneficiary or account holder name

• Account number

• Bank name

• SWIFT code

• Routing number, branch location and bank country, where applicable

Note: The account must support the international payment method required for your program, including USD wire transfers where applicable.
